Abstract
This article focuses on conflict analysis of the communication of widespread behavioral expectations —particularly, forgiveness— based on the Niklas Luhmann Theory of Social Systems. For the purpose of this, a bibliographic review has been carried out to address the characteristics, classification and the meanings that the political, legal and religious systems attribute to these behavioral expressions. Consequently, it was possible to differentiate the distinct approaches and the active person in their exercise.
