Abstract

This article develops the foundations of legal thought. For this, the origin of Law which is marked by social class division was first explored. Then, it analyzes the actual source of legal thinking and the importance of this dogmatic legal knowledge. Thus, a proposed definition of Law is carried out and each of the components of this definition are analyzed
