Resumen

El objetivo del artículo fue analizar la estructura factorial de la Escala de Victimización a través del teléfono móvil y de Internet en una muestra de 170 estudiantes universitarios de una institución educativa pública de Morelos (México) de las facultades de psicología, medicina, derecho y administración. Se realizó un análisis factorial exploratorio y un análisis factorial confirmatorio, se analizó la confiabilidad de cada uno de los factores. El porcentaje de varianza total explicada fue de 43.48%. Se encontró un índice de confiabilidad aceptable tanto para el factor de teléfono móvil (.65) como para el de Internet (.63). Cinco reactivos presentaron dificultades en sus cargas factoriales, en su ubicación factorial o en ambos. El análisis factorial confirmatorio mostró un adecuado ajuste del modelo de dos factores con los índices SRMR = .05, RMSEA = .07, GFI = .97, CFI = .96, AGFI = .92 y NNFI = .92. La Escala de Victimización a través del teléfono móvil y de Internet puede ser empleada como un instrumento de medición válido y confiable en estudios mexicanos con estudiantes universitarios.
